Welcome to the world of knowledge. I have started this blog in order to share my experiences and knowledge of Art of Living. I think it is my pleasure and duty to share and spread this knowledge of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankarji. I was in AOL for 4 yrs. Then got married and now settled in Saudi. I really miss those days.....doing kriya in group, volunteering, organizing the courses, my friends in aol, etc. I have done most of the courses and I am happy to say that I have gained some knowledge from this and am craving for more.
